Jamon serrano, peaches and caña de cabra tapas

Not a classic South American dish but so good and colorful.
Jamon serrano is an Spanish ham, very similar to the prosciutto, very popular en South America due the Spanish colonization.
Caña de cabra for me is the best goat cheese, smooth and a well balanced flavor. Is a classic Spanish goat cheese.
The peaches are from Texas one, my fave.
